Ham Kerr has looked after our property from 1999 to 2024. For nearly 25 years, they have been property managers dealing with the many tenants and the necessary repairs & maintenance matters. They have been professional throughout. Yes, over that time there have been the occasional lapses in communication and attention to detail. George Katsaris from Ham Kerr Property does not disappoint. He handled the re-letting of our property seamlessly. Have used other, arguably 'well known' property agencies in the past only to be left disappointed and out of pocket due to poor management. My experience with Hamm Kerr has been seamless. 10/10.
Ham kerr Real Estate would have to be the best agency I've ever dealt with. Tanya, my property manager is amazing.
