I was very disappointed that I had spent a great deal of my time completing in detail the requested questionaire and the outcome I wanted from the meeting. This info was emailed through 2 weeks before my appointment but at the meeting it was as if the information had never been received and Myles asked me to provide all the details again. Luckily I took my copy with me so I did not need to rely on my memory to provide the correct information.
