Not impressed.. admittedly I had missed the appointment because I had it down for today. But on receiving a call to inform me of the mistake at 12 minutes after the scheduled time I said I could be there in 2 minutes . I was told to make another appointment. Not impressed after over 30 years of attending the clinic.

Was able to get an emergency appointment that was changed multiple times Tooth extraction completed No analgesia precription provided on discharge for severe pain. Other pain tooth complaint was ignored "too busy not enough time" attitude Severe pain, crying, was sent home with a follow up appointment made. No appointments for the following days. Placed on the waiting list. Emergency dental surgery was required 1 day later in melbourne for primary complaint that was ignored. Not returning to clinic and will not be recomme... read more
