Rutuja Nirale did everything possible to find where my pain was coming from to no avail. She is going to show my x-rays to a senior technician when he returns from holidays to see if he can see something she has missed and will contact me next week.

Not impressed.. admittedly I had missed the appointment because I had it down for today. But on receiving a call to inform me of the mistake at 12 minutes after the scheduled time I said I could be there in 2 minutes . I was told to make another appointment. Not impressed after over 30 years of attending the clinic.

Was able to get an emergency appointment that was changed multiple times Tooth extraction completed No analgesia precription provided on discharge for severe pain. Other pain tooth complaint was ignored "too busy not enough time" attitude Severe pain, crying, was sent home with a follow up appointment made. No appointments for the following days.
