Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly and made to feel welcome and taken into the consultation room. Dr. Raj greeted me and continued this friendly approach in the consultation room as she always does. The procedure was clearly explained, including what would happen and what was required. The ceiling-mounted TV provided a comfortable distraction during the process. Afterward, I received a clear overview of potential future steps, with no pressure to proceed with unnecessary treatments.
