I thought everyone from the front desk to the dentist was great. Explained everything really good. So good with me as I do have anxiety thank you all
My dentist , Dr K Luu , was very caring for me as a patient , explained everything she was doing and going to do , in words that I could understand , having no dental knowledge .My tooth was a very difficult extraction , and in my opinion was carried out by a dentist of great skill and compassion . I am a 64 year old male , that does not go regularly to a dentist , having a dislike / fear of people working in and around my mouth , but on this occasion, she was excellent , and I will ask for her on any future visits . Natalie(Dentist) and Jess(Assistant) were most courteous, professional, competent and made for a pleasant visit.My feeling was that Natalie is an experienced dentist and my questions were answered to my satisfaction.
Appointment was on time, staff were fantastic, friendly and explained what they were doing. Great experience.
