Aaron Boal is the most incompetent property manager. He has appalling communication skills. When I went to collect the keys he open the door and said ‘yeah what?’ No introduction or anything. The house was disgustingly filthy when we moved in. There was multiple maintenance issues to be dealt with and a year on we still haven’t had them resolved.
