Aaron Boal is the most incompetent property manager. He has appalling communication skills. When I went to collect the keys he open the door and said ‘yeah what?’ No introduction or anything. The house was disgustingly filthy when we moved in. There was multiple maintenance issues to be dealt with and a year on we still haven’t had them resolved. There is no communication about updates on maintenance issues we have already submitted.I have numerous tradesmen contact me directly without being told why from Aaron. Worst exper... read more
