WARNING - They can't fully service German cars and they will scam you! I was advised they could complete the service on my VW, I checked with them before and on the day of the service when dropping off the car. They completed half the service and told me to go to VW for the rest that they could not complete. They charged me stealership prices, wasted a day of my time and had the audacity to blame the apprentice. Rip off / Scam Never use this company Never use these crooks. Sent car in for a service and mentioned the brakes were feeling faulty. Received close to a $2000 bill and got given a list of items that were "Fixed" Upon receiving car back it performed the same and brakes were still unresponsive. One of the items fixed was a coolant leak and fluid topped up, opening the bonnet clearly proved this as a lie as coolant tank was completely empty. bad attitude to customers Went to Beenleigh Goodyear tyre shop today to have a leaking tyre looked at. The manager was aggressive and bordering on being rude to me and his tyre fitter. Take your business elsewhere - I know I will be.
AVOID THE FRUSTRATION! On 07 Feb I had new wheels and Tyres installed by Goodyear. Less than one week later on 12 Feb the rear left wheel fell off whilst I was driving home from work. I called Goodyear and they offered to assess and repair. This cost me approximately $500 for labour and a new rim. The explanation they gave was that someone had tried to tamper with my wheels, which I accepted not knowing any better. The worst auto repair I have ever been/ Good Year AutoCare Charmside The quote they gave me was totally different with what they wanted to charge me. Owner was very aggressive and do not respect customers
Bad bad bad I dropped off my 2008 Toyota Yaris for a service to be done and picked it up 3 hours later only to notice big scratches all over the dashboard. Really you trust the business and leave your car there only to get extra damage !!!! The person who has serviced the car has done good job with service but those scratches only come from a dumb ignorant person who does not to know how to handle the car properly and for that reason good bye Goodyear auto care you won't see my car ever again.
Dangerous work These guys in Macksville put on a tyre but knocked the axle off the trailer,practically welding the tyre on against the trailer body. No spin test. As we drove 50m up the road, smoke was blowing from the friction. We turned around but the tyre exploded before we got back in their drive. They blamed our trailer. Never an issue before.
