I feel disrespected by this business…. Had car serviced here, very expensive for parts, overcharged, checked prices on web. They didn’t put my hub caps back on properly, lost them on the short drive home. This is a TYRE business, it’s what they do… They replaced my hubcaps but broke one putting it on. Again, this a tyre business. I’m left with a broken hub cap …. disrespect…. Will never use this business again. Not good practice I am deeply disappointed with the service I received at Goodyear Wellington. I was initially told that my car would be ready in about 40-60 minutes. However, it ended up taking all day, which was unexpected and inconvenient. Additionally, I was assured that the correct centering rings were available for my new tires, which led me to make a special trip to retrieve my wheels from home. Disappointing and disheartening! I had my car serviced at Burwood Good Year autocare. All seemed fine for the first week or so but then my Fiat 500 started erratically making loud, disconcerting noises. I rang the mechanic who had carried out the service and he reassured me that there was probably nothing to worry about and to pop in next time I experienced the problem. Rude, aggressive and lied to me Took my car in for a puncture repair. The Director, Corey, was aggressive and told me it couldn't be repaired and said I needed to buy a new tyre for $290. He said the puncture was in the wall of the tyre (it wasn't) and the inside wall of the tyre was damaged (it wasn't) and then got more aggressive when I asked questions about it. Single damaged tyre replacement rip off proce A set of four tyres fitted January 2022 cost $204.00 (GST included). One replaced after incident with builder's rubble on road in August for $260.00! A 27.5% increase in seven months! The franchisee didn't even respond to my letter of complaint and RACQ were not interested either. Tyresales online next time who's quote was $195.00 including GST, delivery and fitment!
Simple engine oil change Rang to book my car in at your Albany centre on a weekday , I am on Holidays just wanted the engine oil replaced before heading home, I was supplying the oil filter, so all they had to do was supply 5.7 L of diesel oil and the labour. No joke they quoted me $300 to do the job. I had a major service done at an authorized Holden service center 5 months ago and it cost me a total of $399 with all parts supplied. Talking about companies looking to rip people because they are tourist.

Clueless Goodyear tyres Helensvale. Worst wheel alignment ever. Car steering wheel was on an angle and car drove all over the place. Went to A1 Steering Southport, the car was aligned perfectly. I suppose you can't beat 30yrs of experience!
