Trent very quickly understood what I was looking for in a property and was able to recommend a place that very quickly turned out to be perfect! I deeply appreciated Trent's assistance, guidance and support throughout the purchase process. I will highly recommend Trent and Gittoes to family and friends and to anyone else looking to purchase in the Gosford/East Gosford area.
It was a very positive experience working with Stephen & Ingrid to sell my property.
Ingrid was a pleasure to work with. She kept me updated on the campaign, gave clear recommendations when she received offers for my property, and I never felt pressured. The marketing campaign included (successfully) pitching for the Real Estate supplement in major weekend newspapers and I think that was the key to attracting serious buyers in my market. She took the time to understand what I needed while also actively seeking prospects from amongst her existing contacts and got a great price.
Business response:
Thank you Nina, I miss you! Will have to catch up with our fur babies sometime soon.
Ingrid and Stephen worked well together to get a great price for my property.
Business response:
Thank you Nina we both really enjoyed working with you and it was fantastic creating a new Suburb record for a non-waterfront property.
We found Ingrid Osborn highly knowledgeable of the market and very professional in the way she handled the sale of our house. It was our first experience of doing business with Ingrid and we could not being any happier. J & l
Business response:
Thank you Joe & Lucy, thinking of you both and hope that you are settled in and enjoying your new home.
We are so grateful that Ingrid found us the perfect house in no time as it ticked all our many boxes. It was love on first sight. Ingrid is a really professional, caring, empathetic agent with great integrity and class. We immediately trusted her flair and were not disappointed.
Business response:
Thank you Bill & Noelle, I’m so glad that I wasn’t able to find you the perfect home - size, location and style. I knew it was for you as soon as I walked in the door! Take care and I’ll see you soon.
As as purchaser it is vital to deal with an honest agent that has integrity, which was clearly demonstrated by Ingrid. She responded in a timely manner to all of our questions, concerns and genuinely listened to what we were after in regards to a property and the sales process. Ingrid negotiated a fair price and terms, leaving both parties happy with the process and thank you for her involvement. If we ever decide to sell, we would definitely utilise her services again.
Business response:
Thank you Nigel, I appreciate your words. It’s not as easy as it looks and it is a juggle. I’m glad that you and your family are loving the property.
Ben is an authentic and genuine guy who was able to meet all our expectations in selling our property. Ben assisted with ideas, using professional contacts to assist our sale in the best possible way. Ben has great knowledge of the market and local area and communicated continually throughout the process. The house was on the market less than a week before being sold. Thank you, Ben we’re grateful for your skills and assistance, during what can be a stressful time, making it effortless.
Richard was one of the best RE agents that I have dealt with. A genuine, honest, non pushy salesman who knows the market.
