Richard was very thorough and knows the area very well. We found him a pleasure to work with and will use him again.
Ben knows his stuff!!! His communication is amazing and kept us in the loop at all stages of the process. A very honest real estate who got us the best price possible. Would not hesitate to recommend Ben to anyone looking to sell their house.
Blake’s knowledge of the Green Point area is insurmountable. At all times during the sale of our family home he was polite and friendly, and presented himself in a professional manner, At no time did we feel pressured to sell our property at a price we were not happy with. Throughout the process his communication was exemplary. We would highly recommend Blake to anyone thinking of selling in the Green Point area, and. wouldn’t hesitate to engage Him again Ourselves in the future.

Ingrid has been the ultimate professional throughout my selling experience. Her work ethic and attention to detail have without doubt led to the amazing result achieved for my property. In an industry with an oftentimes poor reputation she is a standout example of what hard work and good character – combined with in depth knowledge and experience in the industry can deliver for the vendor. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ingrid to all people considering the sale of their property.
Business response:
Thank you Julie, we are so pleased to have been able to support you through this process and for the sales outcome you were able to achieve. Take care and we look forward to helping you with your purchase.
Stephen and Ingrid have been extremely professional, committed and went above and beyond my expectations for what I could ask for in an agent. Great knowledge of the market and area, openly shared their advice about advertising and open housing arrangements, always kept me updated with the sale of the property, and gave me total confidence in their ability and the sale of the property. Extremely satisfied with the service and result. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to sell their property.
Business response:
Our job was made easy by the way you presented the property for sale, and listen to what we had to say along with the market feedback. We are so happy for you and your final outcome.
