When choosing our agent Blake was the obvious choice. We have lived in the area for over 5 years & Blake is the most active agent in the area & had recently sold 3 properties in my street with his knowledge of the RE market 2nd to none. His marketing was excellent & the constant contact was reassuring. In fact he actually had a well earned week off but still negotiated the sale during that time & was never uncontactable. He worked tirelessly to get us a great result & I highly recommend him.
Helped us get a great price for our unit.
Business response:
Thank you Sarah for trusting in me to do the job.
First time selling a home and I couldn't be happier with my experience with Blake Stretton. His attitude was very professional with good knowledge of the local area and the housing market in general. Blake's suggestions for minor renovations and styling were on point, with a good return for the money we spent. Blake managed two open days and the house sold for an excellent price within one week of being on the market. Very highly recommended.
Richard’s professionalism, work ethic, negotiation skills and expertise of the local market was the perfect combination for an excellent result on the property. I would recommend Richard to anyone looking to buy and or sell in the local area as his results speak for themselves. Thank you again.
