Professional, easy to work with
Richard is the best agent in Central coast
Richard and his team did an amazing job selling our unit. We went with another company at the beginning and couldn't sell. We decided to switch and gave Richard a call with 2 weeks the unit was sold we were extremely happy we would highly recommend Richard and his team who are looking to sell we told our family and friends about our experience throughout this adventure and they would also be happy to use Richard service if they're looking to sell.
We bought our investment property from Gittoes 9 years ago and they had been the perfect property managers for years, so it was obvious to choose them to sell the same property. Blake Stretton is an excellent agent and we cannot recommend him highly enough. He is honest, friendly, informative, and extremely helpful. His knowledge of the market and our local area is second to none, so the process was quick, very easy and very successful. Thank you so much Blake, we are so grateful we chose you.
He's one of the good ones.... and if you want the best price, he's the one!
Blake is passionate, genuine & just simply & truly great at what he does! I met him 8 years when we bought our first property, he kept in contact & when the time came, we knew he would be the perfect agent to sell it. Blake gave us solid advice for months to help us prepare our property for sale. He went over & above to achieve an amazing result. His knowledge of the area, professionalism & negotiation skills definitely made the difference. I highly recommend Blake to get a fantastic result.
We couldn't have gone through this process without the help and support of Ingrid. She was there for us all the time from start to finish.
