Worked with Ben on 4 sales/purchases in last 15 months. Each property dealt with and advice pertinent to it's location, potential, condition and not once proven incorrect. Always confident with his advice and always found it truthful (because I also check the market out). After 1st sale experience I went back to Ben and team gittoes 3 more times, each proving totally satisfactory with the least concerns as possible.
There are no words to express my huge gratitude to you for all the advice you provided and for being so accommodating and responsive to all the questions regarding the sale of our property. I appreciate the timeliness replies and for going above and beyond on keeping us updated on everything. You really helped to make this journey seamless and exciting, thank you.
I would definitely recommend Richard from an investor's perspective. He always responds promptly, always keeps my goals and objectives in mind, and doesn't waste my time, which I greatly appreciate. His knowledge of the market is spot on.
Very patient and understanding.
We recently purchased a house in Green Point and Blake was by far the best real estate we have ever dealt with. We had been searching for a place for months and Blake was so genuine and transparent throughout the whole process. We were so happy with everything that we decided to use Gittoes to manage our property while it is rented out and Blake has gone above and beyond to assist us along the way. Thanks for eveything Blake, really aplreciate it!
I asked Richard to sell my unit in Gosford. He did an excellent job. Seamless transaction. Excellent job.
We found Ingrid a great agent to work with. She was professional, honest and reliable throughout the whole process of buying our new home. What could have been a very stressful negotiation process was made easier by her professionalism and integrity and we would highly recomend working with her to anyone in the future. Thank you Ingrid for helping us to secure what will become our dream family home.
