I couldnt speak more highly of Ben - I was heavily pregnant and then a new mum across the time of selling our place and Ben was fantastic even when I'd forget to reply or thought I had. So patient and understanding. He did such a great job and we got a complex record which is amazing. If you're looking for a genuine agent on the coast I'd say reach out to Ben ASAP.
