We recently purchased a property through Ingrid Medlicott at Gittoes Real Estate in East Gosford and couldn’t fault the experience. The sale had a few challenges, but Ingrid — supported by Georgia — handled everything with professionalism, transparency, and balance. They were open and honest throughout, communicated clearly, and managed negotiations in a fair, pragmatic way that built confidence on both sides. What stood out was their integrity and communication. We endorse Ingrid and her team!

My experience purchasing a property through Richard was straightforward and efficient. The process was simple, easy to navigate, and he followed through with my requests for additional information without any delays or complications.
Richard was strategic, hard working and very professional on reporting back on potential buyers ;the property had some long term issues that he handled extremely well
Blake has an excellent understanding of the area and was never pushy. He met us 4 times to look at the house and each time he was very professional and helpful as we would learn something new about the area each time. Thank you Blake, we can’t wait to move into our new home.
