Ambar initially was very direct & professional. While cutting my hair she was friendly & informative. Crazy good head massage. I loved the way she cut my fringe around my face & told me what my hair needed for the length and care. I probably wouldn’t return thou as $128 was a lot for me to pay. Also $42 just to cut my fringe I thought was quite extreme.

Jemma is simply the best. Always helpful with suggestions and work arounds for my crazy thoughts and requests!! :) All the staff at the salon are friendly and helpful. Yesterday there was an incident at the center outside the salon and all the staff did a fantastic job at helping the member of the public as well as keeping the clients in the salon calm and looked after. A great bunch of girls working at the Willows Salon.

Fabulous experience. I had a second year apprentice (Chloe) colour my hair and she did an amazing job, gave me the exact colour I asked for, she was pleasant to talk to. The whole experience was amazing. I will be back.
