Loved my experience at Franck Provost. The staff were friendly and made sure I was happy through the whole experience. My stylist Shian went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and got exactly what I wanted. I am more than happy with my hair.

I ask for a spiral perm for my 40 th wedding anniversary and all I got was fizz - no curls So my hair is totally ruined I will not rate you or promote you I found it a very horrible experience to look like this On a special occasion that has now been ruined
Hair cut way shorter than what I asked for. I have very fine hair, and it has been chipped in to so much on the ends that it looks awful. I asked for a chin length bob slightly shorter at the back with a side fringe and face framing layers. My hair is up around my ears and looks like some one has taken a hedge trimmer to it. An absolute nightmare to style now. Going to take a long time to grow this one out.
Been to this shop three times now. First two visits were really good. This time it wasn’t that good. After the product application on My hair , the staff never came to check even if am doing ok or not, she returned to me almost 75 mins later. Staff was not friendly initially. This visit was already planned and don’t want to come back is the only reason I stayed there. Never ever go to Ambar. Thanks
Too expensive and unhappy with cut. I had to come home and fix uneven lengths.
