I had an amazing experience at Franck Provost. I needed my hair fixed, I showed the ladies what I wanted and they knew straight away what to do. I was so happy with the end result. The atmosphere of the salon was also very pleasant.

Most lovely service!! I had the best colour I have had in a long time and have tried many different salons in Melbourne, but Franck Provost has by far been the most positive experience. My hairdresser was amazing. I am sorry I did not get her name. She took the time to listen to me and also suggest what she thought would suit me. The hair massage and warm towel was just heaven and truly put me into a state of relaxation. I am from NSW but was visiting for a wedding. Truly was a wonderful experience.
