I was so lucky to get a walk in appointment, Eugenie greeted me and was able to do my hair straight away. I am so happy with my cut. Hair washed, conditioned, condition treatment, cut and styled and product applied. Eugenie spent time getting the cut just right and then ensured that my curls were properly trained! I would have to say one of the best salon experiences I have had. I would thoroughly recommend.

While service was good (fringe cut) and my hairstylist was nice, the reception girl with bangs had a bit of a unwelcoming attitude when I went asking for the price, despite her unwelcoming tone I did the service and it was good, but I think she could had been a bit less condescending.
Always a relaxed, easy experience at Franck Provost. Excellent, expert haircuts and great conversation from Sunny! :)
