I’ve been coming to Franck Provost Macquarie since 2016. Have lived in 3 different areas during this time but refuse to try another salon! Can’t fault the service.

Azuki has been my hairdresser for four years now. She rescued me back then from a very short, very bad haircut and created a very flattering style. She also gave me the lighter hair colour I wanted that my previous hairdresser said couldn’t be done. She is such a lovely lady into the bargain! I’ve even had comments from others about how great my hair looks. Can’t get much better than that! ! 😊 Joan

I am obsessed with the Azuki the hairstylist. She is so good at what she does. She took her time and made sure that I got the exact haircut I requested. She was very nice and humble and patient and professional and provided really good advice related to my hair and how I should take care of it to keep it healthier or what treatment would be really good. The customer service in general was excellent. Love the hair salon and the professionalism of the people.
