Felipe was fantastic! It was a wonderful experience. He was kind, professional and coloured, cut and shaped my hair with skill and care. It was the best cut I have had in many years.

I chose to return to Frank Provost after a great experience last year with Marie. I was disappointed to learn she had left. Although the hairdresser on this visit was courteous, the service felt quite basic and lacked the level of professionalism and attention I experienced previously. From a salon like Frank Provost, I do expect more consistency in quality.
