The stylist really listened to my hair concerns and provided the appropriate hair treatment/scrub. She also recommended a hair serum to use at home to reduce my hair fall. I also got the best head massage while have a scalp scrub.

It was extremely rushed. I usually go to the CBD location and sometimes crows nest, but this one is closer to home. I felt my stylist was very rushed, and didn’t really listen to what I wanted. I explained how I got short layers and hated what my prior stylist did, but she just gave me more and more extra short layers and I tried to trust the process but when finished it was the opposite of what I wanted. Overpriced and they dint even spend a minute to understand my hair type. My hair is curly and the hair setting they did for me was absolutely nonsense. It dint suit me or my hair type. I regret going there but im happy that I just got a hair setting and no hair cut.

I got my hair done just before I flew to Japan for a holiday mid Oct which is a few days ago. Since I didn't had time, I came for a 5.00 pm appointment on a Thursday and I specifically asked for a hair color that is very subtle and I strongly said I hated highlights showing straight lines without a nice blend. "I'm feeling rather sad. I had went to another hairdresser because there was no appointments available and wanted to lighten my dark hair, they did stripey thick highlights that looked grey which was the opposite of what I wanted. I wanted a soft bronde with balayage and not stripey looking hair. I wanted some foils on top for contrast and to frame my face as I have had in the past , got complete blonde frizz with out any structure .which I must now where up in a pony tail because it is too embarrassing particularly in my work place.have to wait four grow out and will have heavy regrowth. The hair stylist was charming and nice, however communication wasn’t great because we could not properly understand each other due to language barrier.
