Would highly recommend Floss Wello Point. First came here with a HUGE amount of anxiety but Dr Richard and Jorja, the amazing dental assistant, made me feel so comfortable. They explained what would happen each appt, talking me through it as they were doing each step and constantly checking that I’m comfortable/giving me the option to have a break. Wow. The experience with Floss Wellington Point from booking my appointment through to the first consultation and recommendation was second to none. In the past few years I've had some medical trauma for a loved one and the atmosphere and staff put me right at ease with a smile. I presented with some issues and the plan is now in place to resolve these easily. Highly recommend! Dr Richard is such a kind and caring dentist, who explains everything so well, and was also amazing at reassuring my initially hesitant son when he went. All of the other staff are lovely too, and it's a good energy in the practice. Very glad I found this clinic for myself and my family.
