First contact was with Amy on the phone who gave excellent customer service, friendly and personal. Steve and Dominic arrived less than 2 hours later for my small bathroom job. They were friendly and efficient and did a great job. I could not recommend this service more highly. They will be my go to plumbers in the future.

Rectification required. Blocked underground sewerage pipes. When I booked in, I was offered same day service. I declined the offer. I booked in for 8am the immediate day (Friday), following my initial request for service. I received a text on Friday morning, stating the time 22minutes, for service personnel to arrive. It was a slow start mainly because materials took a long time to arrive & the job was completed in two visits . Fortunately on both occasions we were home as we were not contacted beforehand. However the guys were efficient & courteous & we are happy with the result.
