I found the workers very knowledgeable with friendly & courteous service. They completed the job in minimal time -very efficient. I was a bit surprised by the cost of the service especially with the toilet being more expensive than the roof. I know they had to purchase parts for the toilet but it would be nice to have a breakdown of costs. Also it should be stated what hourly rate is so it gives the customer an idea of what they are being charged.
