I brought my computer in to have some microsoft issues looked at, as I was in need of having this done quickly as I have a big event coming up and needed access very quickly, the managed to sort it out and give the computer an update and a service all within 24 hours. Excellent, friendly and very professional service. Highyl reccommend them.

Difficult for me to identify the problem with our computer, I thought we should have picked up the faults with my keyboard and mouse sooner, very expensive experience to find out this was the problem

Hi Paul thank you for your review, I believe we originally didn't have your keyboard and mouse, so we looked at your computer to see the most likely cause. We found a failing SSD and replaced it. when you got it home, the original problem reappeared as your keyboard and mouse were plugged in again. While in this instance the SSD wasn't causing the fault, it would have caused others in the near future. I hope that the computer is working well, and thank you for using Exact Computers
