I was assisted by Howard in choosing a new computer for myself. My husband had always done any computer purchases and setting up so I was really anxious about buying this necessary requirement for life. Howard was very professional, explained everything to me, all the new ongoing fees and payments. I feel confident my computer will be set up and ready to go when I hear from Exact soon. Greg was very helpful to me online. All in all a comforting exercise.

Exact computers were quick to diagnose the damages to my laptop. Fee was very reasonable. Staff were friendly and shop well laid out and smelled nice with oils burning.
