Greg was very quick to tend to our issues with my computer having some sort of glitch between Outlook and Google, which left us unable to receive our emails. It wasn't an 'easy fix'. It resulted in Greg creating a new profile. This meant I have 2 profiles on Google, empty folders in my Outlook email but I have recovered as much as I could.
