We felt welcomed and listened to, Raven was shown lots of love- each visit she new what was going to happen but was more and more relaxed about it. Raven is back to walks, ball play and river exploration. We will visit in the near future Raven has a gift for the staff.

We were so relieved that we had a final diagnosis for louis. He had been unwell for a few weeks and losing weight but Dr Pete was great in handling Louis and the care and patience was very much appreciated as louis is so much a part of our lives and family. Thankyou Cara and Dr Pete we have our Happy louis back again.
