I had not seen vet Jolene before , I rang late Friday afternoon they fitted me in to be seen . My cat mascara gave her the thumbs up. Jolene was kind and I felt comfortable leaving with treatment done and information provided. April

Our girl healed quickly from her surgery and was back to her usual self almost immediately. The fact that they used internal stitches meant there was no need for a cone so she was certainly grateful. Checkup was quick and she healed without any fuss. Staff were amazing and very helpful - a great experience for all involved considering the circumstances. This was also the only time that we’ve also been given anti-inflammatory meds after a desex so it definitely felt like they went above and beyond to make her comfortable post... read more

Tony was able to triage Eleven and get her straight into surgery all a couple of days before Christmas. The team are always friendly, caring and supportive. Tony consistently takes time to explain things to me and my children in ways that are reassuring and that we can understand.
