To find a company that will go out of their way to help us and fix our problem straight away, plus have staff that were so dedicated to helping us out of trouble was fantastic
Once I accepted my quote they came out the next day to install. Very efficient and easy to deal with.
Great prompt service. Newcastle Hot water service where able to install a new heat pump (hot water tank) on the day I called them after another plumber failed to show up! They where very informative listened to me and accommodated my requests. Massive thanks to the whole team for getting the job done despite a few setbacks on the day
We had a sewer pipe blockage , tree roots . Tina was great but due to short notice couldn’t guarantee a plumber till early next morning .However around 2ish Darcy turned up & got into tracking down issue . Despite someone knocking off petrol from air compressor fitted to his Ute it didn’t faz him . 15 minutes later he was back , fresh fuel & into smashing through root problem . When our old tank hit water system died recently, Gavin from Enviromate plumbing came promptly, quoted and replaced it with a new instant hot water system which is working well.. Marion & Stan Willey , Blacksmiths
