Paul, the gas engineer who came to our house, was unbelievably good. Arrived on time. Methodical and efficient yet thorough. Checked out all aspects of our ducted heating system. Explained in simple terms the problems that became apparent and gave us a quote for the extra work involved as well as the planned service. Very very impressive - I would highly recommend EMS Air and will definitely use them again next time. Andy Morgan
