Had a bad rental experience. Moving into the rental property it was in a terrible state, we had to request cleaners to attend which was paid for by the owner and we received an apology from the property manager. We did have 11 months of Happy management. If things broke they got sorted and we had 12 week inspections all rated good. Unfortunately the good didn’t last. Nothing but trouble since day 1 of moving into rental property. Received the condition report 2 months after i moved in, carpets were not even vaccuumd let alone cleaned, bore broke and 7 months later was finally fixed, inspection reports not a true reflection of the state of the property, inspection reports not provided to us (we had to call and request as they "forgot" to send it), 2hrs notice of tradies coming...take time off work to be home....tradies show up 1 to 2 hrs late (a few different occassions of this) and somet... read more
