So glad I’m finally in my own home because renting with these guys were the worst. The rental we moved into was dirty and the gardens weren’t done. Looked after the rental and kept it perfect for every inspection, myself and my whole family cleaned the house and gardens when we moved out and then we were charged with a $220 cleaning bill for ( 3 window tracks, 1 window and dust ) when I asked Natasha the realestate agent why the house wasn’t given to us clean she responded with ‘ well that wasn’t me that gave you the house a... read more
Terrible service. Let them manage our rental in Baldivis and has been a nightmare. During the last sign up of the last tenants they have signed us up for two years (tenants were signed up for six months). Have tenants move out so we can sell and they have send us a bill because we have signed up till 2020 to have them manage our property. Has been the worst experience. Very upset.
