Our home sale exchanged mid March 2023 and the jubilation of achieving the great result / sales outcome is now 2 months+ behind us now. As such its with pleasure that I find this link to review Dean's work albeit it is a little tardy of me not to have done it sooner. Dean was tuned into the market, tuned into our wishes and our needs and he achieved a great sale outcome for us and the purchaser. We liked Dean's, friendly, honest and communcative mannerisms which achieved the result we sought.
Having been associated with Manny previously when he was employed by a friend, we were impressed by his professionalism in selling that particular property we owned at that time. We gave Manny the opportunity to compete with other agents who we knew personally, in selling our late mothers unit. Manny stood out to us by not trying to over quote and was honest about what we could possibly achieve. We trusted him greatly to try to assist us on our aims. He delivered once again.
