I decided to sell and approached Dean thinking that 4 properties at $400.000.00 each would take some time. Dean ,in my view optomistiaclly, saying it would be done in a month. We spent two months doing cosmetic refurbishment ...then .. to my surprise ...all four sold at the asking prices within ONE month . Well done to all at Elders
Having Dean support us through the sale has been so helpful. He was always advising, keeping up to date and reassuring, especially living 4 hours away from the property. I really felt like he had our interests at heart. I’m so happy to have dealt with him and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
Manny had excellent knowledge of recent sales in our immediate area, gave very useful tips on a couple of quick improvements and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Kept us updated along the way and got the result we wanted in an extremely short time frame. Couldn’t ask for more.
