RecommendedMost wonderful caring and curteous people with your animals
Recently took sons dog in for ear infection, $600 later no improvement. 10 days later back for check up. Different vet. Completely rude. Wanted to send swab off at some stupid cost. When asked why a swab wasn’t sent off first time told to go to another vet! So why sell me $200 of meds for unknown bug the first time? Now I’m supposed to go through it all again to find right treatment. Will never step foot in there again. Money grubbers.
My baby Mia was diagnosed with Hemorrhagic Gastroenteritis today and we were told she was given pain medication, came home and looked over the bill and blood test results, called AREC at Broadmeadow who have looked after us when Mia needed emergency surgery 4 weeks ago, and were told that nothing on the bill indicated that she was given any sort of pain medication.
