Recommendedthe team are so caring and understanding. I called them with an emergency for my boy Rocco and they got me in as soon as they could. They did everything they could for Rocco. Brian the vet is exceptional. His very caring and understanding even went myself and my husband hard to make the hardest decision. He was there with us til his final breathe. Thank you everyone. I met the team at East Maitland vet clinic through sad circumstances. The vet and staff were absolutely amazing and helpful. The pets health and happiness is the highest priority. They are compassionate and caring.
It’s taken me a little while to post this since I had just moved to the area and found myself in urgent need of vet care for my much loved, slightly neurotic dog. Sadly my baby was very sick, and too sick to make it but the whole time as the day unfolded the vet and nursing staff were so compassionate and caring, upfront and clear. Best place for your pet they will love and look after them so well my dog adored the staff
We wouldn’t recommend anyone else except for the East Maitland Vet team. They took in our boy, who’s not a regular client with such short notice and did everything they could until they worked out what was wrong. We are so thankful, and we know our Loki boy is as well. He’s now on the mend, thank you to you all.
