Started out great, then it went down hill fast. Ask a question get a reply weeks later. Went very close to loosing our tenant due to the delays. Not very flexible with inspection days and times. Demanding emails regarding over due invoices that were never sent. There is a great opportunity to provide a service for private rentals, but not how we were treated.
