I have provided huge amounts of information written & verbal over the many years & I'm curious why your request wasnt made in the early years & during Inspections - at any rate it has been given in detail, formally & informally. For a while my daughter has taken over all communications with your office, apart from odd details I provide (whats happening re waste bin collection?). So Sam is 'content, made no complaints to me, she wants to continue to extend the lease, so I am too. As dilapidated as it is, I like it!

As a renter, it was incredibly refreshing to have Dunvegan looking after the property I was renting. On the few occasions minor repairs or maintenance was required, all issues were fixed the very next business day. Melinda and Jodie were always very pleasant to speak to and deal with. There are so many large real estate firms that treat tenants very poorly indeed.
