Operator arrived on time. Performed the task whch was to treat the inside of my home. I was informed of what was being done, with what, and why which was both informative and enlightening. At no further cost the external area of my home was treated and through conversation I revealed the owner next door had redbacks and an ant infestation so the operator also sprayed the external area of my neighbour's home which was truly appreciated as she is a pensioner and not able today to meet that cost.
