Had the general pest control treatment and termite inspection. Alex, the technician, was friendly, explained the process thoroughly at the beginning and gave detailed verbal and written information after the job was completed. Simon did a phenomenal job on my unit. Within an hour we noticed dead cockaroaches and spiders.
Technicians arrived on time, identified the affected areas and carried out remedial procedures in a very professional manner. A second technician was called and arrived very promptly to help identify and carry out appropriate procedures to fix the problem. Both technicians were very professional.
