Very professional service. Arrived on time,. explained the process, when the first clearance didn’t work they repeated the process. Cleaned up and assured me that if there were any problems they would return and fix it. Thank you.

Plumbing problems are what nightmares are made of but I recently had the pleasure of using Drip Hunters Plumbing & Gas in Rockingham, WA, and I couldn't be happier with their service! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. I had an urgent plumbing issue, and their team responded promptly, arriving exactly when they said they would. The plumber took the time to explain the problem clearly. The quality of their workmanship was outstanding, and they left the area spotless when th... read more

Drip Hunters were prompt and professional rplacing and upgrading the hot water system at our rental property. The team were super professional and friendly from calling and booking in the service, text message service to let me know when they would be arriving (so i didn't have to wait around! ), talking with the plumber via text and phone through to follow-up and invoicing info. Due to the high level of service at all levels of this business Drip Hunters are now our preferred plumbers!

We have used drip hunters previously also our daughter has also used them and refered Joel to one of her work mates who was equally impressed with Joel. They have always been cleaning up after them but this time was a let down for us in respect of not been infprmes that the job as finshed and had to call Heather twice to get the apprenticed to come back to tidy up did not have this problem previousally

Business response:

Thank you for taking the time to review us and for this feedback. We truly appreciate our repeat customers and referrals. We apologise for the oversight this time and will ensure better communication in the future. Please be assured the plumber who went out is a fully qualified tradesman, not an apprentice and we have discussed the job with him since to improve job completion processes.
