Drip Hunters were prompt and professional rplacing and upgrading the hot water system at our rental property. The team were super professional and friendly from calling and booking in the service, text message service to let me know when they would be arriving (so i didn't have to wait around! ), talking with the plumber via text and phone through to follow-up and invoicing info. Due to the high level of service at all levels of this business Drip Hunters are now our preferred plumbers!
Excellent service as always
We have used drip hunters previously also our daughter has also used them and refered Joel to one of her work mates who was equally impressed with Joel. They have always been cleaning up after them but this time was a let down for us in respect of not been infprmes that the job as finshed and had to call Heather twice to get the apprenticed to come back to tidy up did not have this problem previousally
