RecommendedHad Ian out today to unblock our outside drain that had been seen by a different plumber three months ago. He looked further into the issue to determine it was a main drain problem and arranged for Water Corp to fix the problem which they did within another half an hour. Ian was easy to talk with and was happy to explain the what and why with the problem. I feel confident with his work and would definitely recommend him for any drain issues.

RecommendedHighly recommend Ian from Drains Plus. Great communication, arrived on time and worked efficiently. Found the issue and cleared out our disgustingly blocked drains without any damage or digging (which another plumber had told us we'd need to do). Also inspected and fixed up a few other general plumbing issues while he was here, as well as recommending a few more small things to be done, but said we could do ourselves (although I'll be getting him back to do them).
