RecommendedHave used Ian's services on a number of occasions and he does a great job every time.
RecommendedWe have had other services clear a drain problem which has been recurring almost annually over the last 4 1/2 years. This time I called Ian at Drains Plus. Ian not only cleared the drain but found a broken pipe which has been the "root cause" of the problem recurring. He replaced the broken bits of pipe and did the whole job in one visit. Fixed once and for all. Great job. Thanks Ian.

RecommendedIan was super efficient when we rang him later in the afternoon, to tell him we had no hot water!! Our hot water system had died. He rang back straight away. The next morning he turned up with a temporary hot water system, so our family of 6 could have hot showers etc. The next afternoon he was back to install a brand new hot water system. Yay!
