Fantastic time away in an apartment that had everything we needed. So close to tram, DFO, restaurants & supermarket

Great location, very quiet and convenient for the free tram into the city, definitely a 5 star feel and great amenities.
The place has a great view on the docks, and sunset can get really cool and relaxing to watch from the little terrace. Position is amazing, very quiet, and it’s easy to get anywhere in the CBD as the apartment is inside the free tram zone. While travelling to the place, Alrick was super detailed with the infos and always replied quickly, making the check in super easy. Thanks for the coffee, we really appreciated it!
Was honestly the greatest stay we’ve ever had. It was an amazing location, spacious and clean place. Alrick was a great host and had great communication/fast response time. Would definitely recommend!! 🫶🏻
It was a great experience staying at Alrick's place. The apartment is modern, clean and comfortable. The location is really good as well, just next to Yarra River (with good views) and within walking distance to the CBD. Alrick was always very responsive to my messages, as he usually responds within an hour. The check-in/check-out process was smooth and detailed instructions were provided. I would highly recommend Alrick's place to anyone!
Great location 10-15 minutes walk to marvel stadium. Clean apartment, great water views, terrific communication with Alrick if you have any queries, would recommend if you are looking for a stay around Docklands area, very quiet area.

The location was perfect with a tram station just outside! The place was clean and Alrick was easily contactable. The views are stunning and it was a quiet place to stay! Would 100% stay again. :)
