Lovely accomodation with beautiful views of the river. Walking distance into the city or right next to the tram stop if it is a little rainy. The host was extremely responsive to all messages and sent through thorough instructions!
Great place that overlooks the river. Located in a peaceful area, yet still close enough to the city. Tram stop is right outside the building, making it very convenient to get to town. Apartment was clean and cosy. Great stay!
The property have a very beautiful surroundings and view since its riverfront. Had a couple of issue but the main issue (we found bugs on the sofa) was solved and owner took actions to it. Had a problem finding out where the trash area is in the building since owner ask us to throw our trash before checking out. Would be an issue if anyone is checking out in a rush. great location just outside the city, stil within the free tram rides for the city. Beautiful and quiet neighbourhood.
Clean and modern apartment. Highly recommended for those attending activities at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Center... a pleasant 15 minutes walk along the waterfront. Convenient grocery store nearby.
This place will worth every penny you pay, highly recommended. Beautiful view, very short walk to tramp, groceries, restaurants, and health care. Always had clear information for anything from the host. Thanks Alrick!

We had a fantastic stay at this modern waterfront apartment. Amazing location, quiet & truly epic views right on the water! Free trams right outside the building. Alrick was a very helpful host & communicated everything very well. Love the use of the spa pool to unwind after exploring the city, wonderful!
Highly recommend! Great position, great apartment, quiet and close to the free tram!
