Key for me was Trent's honesty in the appraisal (unlike some who over inflate to get listing), and so my expectations were realistic from the start. Trent's tireless efforts gave me a sale 10 days after listing and his sage advice on offers resulted in an offer far exceeding expectations. Timing and price resulted in my being able to make an offer on my dream property the same day. A truly honest professional who had my best interests guiding him through the entire process.
