Dodgy! Worst customer service ever! My 30th is coming up, and my family and I had booked a beautiful house at Point Lookout that would be big enough for all of us to comfortably fit in, and we have all gotten days off to go! These agents are dodgy. I made a booking via airbnb 7 weeks ago which I received confirmation and a receipt and a contract for & 3 weeks later, Discover Stradbroke called me and told me they had stuffed up, and that my money didn't actually book anything and my money had just been sitting in their accoun... read more
